This was not about Obama. This was about Mayor Daley and his team. They are the ones who will suffer. Who knows how many building contractors had already spent the Olympic money already. The city will go on. The Bears will give us some hope. The Cubs will have us believing that next years the year. And the best part of losing the Olympic bid is Obama will come back more determined to push through the best health care reform plan for everyone (insert theme from Rocky ……now.
